Our Greenfield manufacturing unit is located at Plot No. 2531, 2531/3139, Village Sangrampur, P.O. Godardih, P.S. Barjora, District Bankura, West Bengal — 722203. The facility produces five ferro alloys via the Alumino-Thermite process, with a sanctioned capacity of 6,000 TPA (max).
Commercial production commenced in August 2025 under a valid Consent to Operate from the West Bengal Pollution Control Board. Every stage — from raw material handling and reaction-pit smelting, to crushing, sizing, packaging and dispatch — is engineered for efficiency, safety and environmental responsibility.
Plant infrastructure aligned to WBPCB norms, with comprehensive pollution-control equipment integrated at every emission source.
30 Alumino-Thermite reaction pits (500 kg each) with attached suction hoods and dedicated air pollution control.
In-house analysis ensures every batch meets chemical specification before dispatch, backed by Mill Test Certificates.
Multi-cyclone + bag filter systems on 30 m stacks; PM controlled to <30 mg/Nm³ per WBPCB standards.
12,000 MT/year of slag is responsibly channelled to refractory units — zero landfill.
Weather-protected storage for raw materials, finished alloys and packaging — enabling quick order fulfilment.
